By accessing or using Humanize AI Text at humanize-ai-text-make-text-natural.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Humanize AI Text provides an AI-powered text humanization and AI content detection service that transforms AI-generated text into natural, human-sounding writing.

The Service is operated by an individual entrepreneur registered in Argentina (monotributista).

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

The Service offers a free tier and paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.

All payment processing is handled by Paddle.com (Paddle.com Market Limited / Paddle.com, Inc.), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. When you purchase a subscription, you are transacting with Paddle and subject to Paddle's terms and conditions.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date through your account settings.

Refund requests are handled by Paddle in accordance with their refund policy. You may request a refund within 14 days of initial purchase if the Service does not perform as described. To request a refund, contact: support@humanize-ai-text-make-text-natural.com

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Submit content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Copy, redistribute, or resell the Service or any portion thereof
• Circumvent access controls, rate limits, or security measures
• Use automated means to access the Service in a manner that imposes excessive load

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by the Operator and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain full ownership of the text you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, temporary, non-exclusive license to process your submitted text solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership over your content.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI detector bypass results will meet your specific requirements. Results may vary.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $50.

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

Note: Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations. In such cases, these limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice.

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Argentina.

For EU/EEA residents: Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws, including your right to bring a claim before the courts of your country of residence.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through a prominent notice on the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
