Account Information. When you register, we collect your email address and password (stored in hashed form).

Usage Data. We automatically collect information about how you use the Service, including pages visited, features used, word counts processed, and timestamps. This helps us improve the Service.

Submitted Text. Text you submit for humanization or AI detection is processed temporarily to perform the service. It is not stored permanently after processing is complete and is never used to train AI models or shared with third parties for product improvement purposes.

Payment Information. All payment processing is handled by our payment partners depending on your platform:

• Web: Stripe — handles card payments and subscriptions.
• iOS: Apple In-App Purchase — processed via the App Store under Apple's privacy policy.
• Android: Google Play Billing — processed via Google Play under Google's privacy policy.

We do not receive or store your credit card or payment instrument details.

Social Login Data. If you register or log in using a social account (Google or Apple), we receive limited profile information from that provider — typically your name, email address, and profile picture. We use this only to create and manage your account. We do not control how those providers collect or use your data; please review their respective privacy policies.

Device and Log Data. We automatically collect IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, and access timestamps. This information is used for security, fraud prevention, and service diagnostics.

• Law enforcement or regulators — when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights

If Greentext AI Inc. is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the Service before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active, plus 30 days following a deletion request. Text submissions are not retained after processing is complete. Payment records are retained as required by applicable tax and financial law. We will delete or anonymize your data when there is no longer a legitimate business or legal need to retain it.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access and obtain a copy of your personal data
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict processing

Most web browsers include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) setting. Because there is currently no uniform standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to DNT browser signals at this time. If a recognized standard is adopted in the future, we will update this policy accordingly.

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. If we learn that a minor has provided us with personal data, we will deactivate the account and delete the information promptly.
