Humanizator Readability Levels Explained
From High School to PhD—here's what each readability level means and how to choose the right one for your content.
When you humanize text with Humanizator, you choose a readability level. This setting controls the vocabulary complexity, sentence structure, and overall tone of the rewritten output.
The Levels
- High School
- Short sentences, common vocabulary, active voice. Best for social media posts, casual blog entries, or content aimed at a general audience.
- University
- The default. Balanced complexity—suitable for most professional, academic, or long-form content.
- Academic
- Elevated vocabulary, complex sentence structures, formal register. Use this for journal-style writing or research summaries.
- PhD
- Maximum sophistication. Technical terminology, multi-clause sentences, and precise hedging language typical of scholarly publications.
How to Choose
Match the level to your reader, not your topic. A highly technical subject written at High School level can be engaging; a simple topic written at PhD level can be alienating. Start with University and adjust based on your audience's expectations.
